Summary
This study tests if teaching healthy habits—like better diet and more exercise—can prevent chronic diseases (like obesity and heart problems) in 2000 young Egyptians aged 10-24. Participants will join a program using digital tools and coaching. Researchers will check changes in BMI, blood pressure, and blood sugar after 6 months and 1 year.
