This study tests whether teaching healthy habits—like better diet and more exercise—can prevent chronic diseases such as obesity and heart problems in 2,000 young people aged 10-24 in Egypt. Participants will join a program using digital tools and coaching to improve their lifestyle. The goal is to see if these changes can lower body mass index, blood pressure, and blood sugar over one year.
