First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tested three simple tools to help pregnant women in Cambodia take a daily multivitamin supplement: a family support session, a tracking calendar, and short videos sent by phone. Researchers asked 36 women which method they liked best and what helped them remember. The goal was to find the most helpful and acceptable way to support healthy habits during pregnancy.
