Summary
This study tests whether drinking nitrate-rich beetroot juice helps people with fibrotic interstitial lung disease exercise longer. Fifteen participants will compare beetroot juice to a placebo juice during cycling tests. The goal is to see if this simple dietary addition can improve exercise tolerance and reduce shortness of breath.
