First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests a new program called Bedtime Stories that sends tailored sleep health messages to caregivers of school-aged children (ages 5-11) from low-income and historically marginalized communities. The goal is to see if the program is easy to use and helps improve children's sleep habits. About 75 caregivers in the Boston area will participate, using a mobile app and a Fitbit to track sleep.
