Summary
This study looks at how long people need to stay in bed after a specific type of brain surgery done through the nose. It will include 316 adults who are having this surgery. Some will be asked to get up right away, while others will stay in bed for 1 to 3 days. The goal is to see if shorter bed rest is safe and helps people recover faster without causing problems like blood clots or infections.
