Could a simple bed adjustment ease dangerous nighttime blood pressure?

NCT ID NCT04502225

Summary

This study is testing a simple, non-drug method to help people with a nerve disorder called autonomic failure. These patients often have dangerously high blood pressure when lying down at night. Researchers want to see if raising the head of the bed, which reduces blood flow back to the heart, can safely lower this nighttime pressure and improve symptoms.
