Promising drug duo targets advanced oral cancer before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs (becotatug vedotin and pucotenlimab) before surgery can shrink advanced mouth or throat cancer. About 26 adults with stage III or IVa cancer that has not spread will receive the treatment. The goal is to see how many patients have most or all cancer cells killed before surgery.
