Summary
This study looks at whether text message reminders and physical activity coaching can help more people with osteoarthritis start and stick with a walking program. Researchers will enroll 346 adults aged 45 and older who have knee, hip, or spine arthritis. The goal is to reduce pain and improve daily function through better self-management.
