Beach tennis battles high blood pressure in new study

Summary
This study looked at whether playing recreational beach tennis for 12 weeks could lower blood pressure and improve physical fitness in people with high blood pressure. 42 adults with hypertension who were not already exercising took part. The results will show if this fun activity is an effective way to help manage blood pressure.
