First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-stage study tested a new drug called BDC-3042, alone or with another drug (cemiplimab), in people with advanced solid tumors like breast, kidney, ovarian, head and neck, colorectal, lung cancer, or melanoma. The goal was to check safety and see if tumors shrank. The study was terminated early after enrolling only 17 participants, so results are limited.
