Battle ropes: fun therapy for stiff elbows in kids?

NCT ID NCT07248475

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding battle rope training to standard physical therapy helps children aged 8–15 with stiff, painful elbows after an injury. 42 kids will be split into two groups: one gets standard care (stretching, heat), the other adds 10–15 minutes of battle rope exercises. Researchers will measure pain, range of motion, and elbow function to see if the ropes bring extra benefit.
