Rope training trial aims to loosen Kids' injured elbows
NCT ID NCT07248475
Summary
This study is testing if adding battle rope exercises to standard physical therapy helps children with stiff, painful elbows after an injury. Kids aged 8-15 will be split into two groups: one gets standard therapy, and the other gets standard therapy plus 10-15 minutes of battle rope training. Researchers will measure changes in elbow movement, pain levels, and overall function to see if the ropes provide extra benefit.
