Summary
This study tests two different drug combinations in people with advanced colorectal, pancreatic, or leiomyosarcoma cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. Participants receive either olaparib plus durvalumab or cediranib plus durvalumab. The main goal is to understand how these drugs affect tumor and immune markers, not to directly cure the disease.
