First trial tests repurposed drug for rare immune disorder

Summary
This study is testing if a drug called baricitinib, already used for other immune conditions, is safe for people with a rare genetic disorder called Job's syndrome. The goal is to see if it can help control the lupus-like symptoms and severe skin rashes that often come with the disease. About 20 participants aged 12 and older will take the pill daily for 6 months while doctors monitor their health.
