NCT ID NCT06158113

Summary

This study is testing whether the drug baricitinib can help people with moderate to severe oral lichen planus, a chronic inflammatory condition that causes painful sores in the mouth. Ten participants who haven't responded well to other treatments will take the drug daily for six months. Researchers will measure changes in mouth pain and sores, track side effects, and see if the treatment improves quality of life.
