Summary

This study tests whether a device called Walkasins can help people with peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage causing balance problems) feel more stable and avoid falls. About 200 adults aged 55 and older will either use Walkasins daily for six months or join a control group that gets the device later. Researchers will measure balance, walking ability, and how well participants can perform everyday tasks.
