Summary

This study looks at whether a balance exercise called IVA is safe and helpful for adults with vision problems, with or without inner-ear balance issues. Researchers will check if it improves eye reflexes, balance, and walking. About 100 adults aged 18 to 60 will take part, comparing those with vision issues alone to those with both vision and inner-ear problems.
