First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will compare two types of balance exercises—adapted Frenkel exercises and dynamic balance training—in healthy children aged 8 to 10. The goal is to see which approach better improves balance, walking, movement, and coordination. Thirty-six children from a school in Pakistan will participate, and their progress will be measured with simple physical tests before and after the training.
