First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026

Summary

This study compares two types of balance exercises for people with diabetic neuropathy, a condition that causes numbness and balance problems. 42 participants will be split into two groups: one doing balance training on a firm surface, the other on a rolling board. Both groups also receive contrast bath therapy. The goal is to see which surface better improves balance and reduces fall risk over 4 weeks.
