New study tests therapies to stop falls from diabetic nerve damage

Summary

This study is comparing two types of physical therapy to see which is better at improving balance and walking in people with diabetic nerve damage (neuropathy). Researchers will work with 80 participants to test sensory re-education exercises against structured balance training. The goal is to find the best approach to reduce the risk of falls and help people stay independent.
