Summary
This study looked at whether balance training can improve physical function and reduce fall risk in older adults who had COVID-19. 65 people aged 60 and older took part. They did either balance exercises on a special machine plus traditional training, or traditional training alone. The goal was to see if their stability and mobility got better.
