Summary

This study aims to help people with mild traumatic brain injury (concussion) who have ongoing balance problems. Researchers will develop a new exercise program that focuses on how the body responds to imbalance, and compare it to standard balance therapy. The study will involve 80 adults aged 18-60 who have had a concussion within the last 2 weeks to 6 months.
