Summary
This study tests a 8-10 week program for caregivers with disabilities who care for a loved one. The program offers help finding resources, personal self-care planning, emergency and end-of-life planning, and support from peers. Researchers want to see if it lowers stress, burden, and depression in 20 adult caregivers in Maryland.
