Summary
This study looks at whether combining square stepping exercises and BOSU ball exercises can improve balance and leg strength in badminton players. The goal is to help players move better and lower their risk of injuries like ankle sprains and knee strains. The study will involve 66 badminton players who have at least one year of experience and have competed in at least two club tournaments in the past six months.
