First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining two types of exercises—square stepping and BOSU ball training—can improve balance and leg strength in badminton players. The goal is to help players move better and lower their risk of common sports injuries like ankle sprains and knee strains. About 66 players with at least one year of experience will take part. Results could help coaches and trainers design safer practice routines.
