Summary

This study tests a therapy called reciprocal neuromuscular electrical stimulation in 32 children aged 6–10 with hemiparetic cerebral palsy (weakness on one side). The goal is to see if it improves balance and quality of life. Children with mild spasticity who can follow instructions may join, but those with fixed joint problems or recent Botox injections cannot.
