Summary

This study looks at whether adding cognitive exercises to physical training helps older adults (70+) improve balance and reduce falls. Over 8 weeks, participants will do either combined physical-cognitive exercises using a reaction-light device or standard balance training. The goal is to see which approach better boosts balance, mobility, and confidence in daily activities.
