NCT ID NCT07199426
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study compares two types of exercise programs for adults aged 70 and older: one that combines physical moves with cognitive challenges using a light-based device, and another that uses standard balance exercises. Over 8 weeks, researchers will measure balance, fear of falling, daily living skills, sleep, reaction time, and thinking abilities. The goal is to see if the combined training offers extra benefits for staying steady and reducing fall risk.
