Summary
This study looks at whether breathing exercises, balance training, or a mix of both can help older adults (60+) improve their strength, balance, and physical abilities. About 27 participants will be split into three groups and train for 8 weeks. The goal is to find the best way to reduce fall risk and keep seniors active.
