NCT ID NCT07468968
Summary
This study tests whether breathing muscle training, balance exercises, or a combination of both works best to improve strength and stability in adults aged 60 and older. Participants are randomly assigned to one of three 8-week exercise programs. Researchers will measure breathing strength, balance, and walking ability before and after to see which approach helps reduce fall risk and maintain independence.
