Talking therapy tested for long COVID relief

Summary
This study tests a type of talking therapy called Balance ACT to see if it improves quality of life for people with long COVID. About 196 adults with long COVID symptoms lasting over 12 weeks will either get the therapy or a self-help leaflet. The main goal is to measure physical health and well-being after 14 weeks.
