First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new type of immunotherapy called BAFFR-targeting CAR T cells for adults whose B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also measuring how well the treatment controls the disease.
