Could a friendly bacteria spray tame eczema itch?

Summary
This study is testing whether a spray containing a harmless skin bacteria (Roseomonas mucosa) mixed with ground cardamom seeds can help control eczema symptoms. 120 participants aged 2 and older with eczema will spray the solution on their skin 2-3 times a week for 14 weeks, then be followed for another 14 weeks to see if benefits last. Half will receive the active spray and half will receive a placebo spray, with neither participants nor researchers knowing which is which during the remote study.
