First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested whether baclofen, a muscle relaxant, can reduce vomiting in children with rumination syndrome. Fifty children aged 4 to 18 took either baclofen or a placebo for 4 weeks. The main goal was to see if more children on baclofen vomited once a week or less compared to those on placebo.
