First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tested whether the drug baclofen can reduce vomiting in children with rumination syndrome, a condition where food comes back up soon after eating. Fifty children aged 4 to 18 took either baclofen or a placebo for 4 weeks. The main goal was to see if more children on baclofen vomited once a week or less compared to those on placebo.
