First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether backward walking training can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their balance and reduce falls. About 90 adults with MS who have trouble walking or have had recent falls will take part. They will be assigned to either backward or forward walking training, and researchers will measure changes in balance, walking, and fall risk.
