Summary

This study compares two non-drug treatments for cervicogenic headache (headache from neck issues) in computer users. 44 adults aged 19-44 who work on computers at least 32 hours per week will receive either back school education or cranio-cervical muscle training twice a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, posture, and headache-related disability to see which approach works better.
