NCT ID NCT07362420
Summary
This study aims to find the best physical therapy approach for adults with chronic low back pain that has no clear medical cause. Researchers will compare three groups: one receiving hands-on pressure therapy on painful muscle spots, one doing a guided exercise program focused on muscle coordination, and one receiving both treatments combined. The goal is to see which method most effectively reduces pain and improves daily function over a four-week treatment period.
