New study tests Hands-On vs. exercise for back pain relief
NCT ID NCT07362420
Summary
This study aims to find the best non-drug approach for easing chronic low back pain. Researchers will compare three physical therapy methods: a guided exercise program, hands-on pressure therapy for painful muscle spots, and a combination of both. About 105 adults with unexplained low back pain lasting over 6 weeks will be randomly assigned to one of these groups and receive treatment twice a week for a month to see which helps most with pain and daily function.
