Hands-On therapy vs. therapy plus exercise: which works better for back pain?
NCT ID NCT07389070
Summary
This study tested whether combining hands-on manual therapy with therapeutic exercises works better than manual therapy alone for chronic low back pain. Researchers worked with 60 adults who had experienced back pain for at least three months. They compared pain levels and physical function between the two treatment approaches to see which provided more relief.
