Exercise plus Hands-On therapy may offer better back pain relief

NCT ID NCT07389070

Summary

This study tested whether combining a gentle hands-on therapy (Positional Release Technique) with specific exercises works better for chronic low back pain than the hands-on therapy alone. Researchers worked with 60 adults who had experienced low back pain for at least three months. They compared pain levels and daily function between the two treatment groups to see which approach provided more relief.
