Baby drink may soothe tired eyes, early study suggests

NCT ID NCT05778201

First seen Jun 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This early study tested a drink called Baby Drink, which contains lutein, blueberry extract, vitamins, and minerals, to see if it could reduce eye fatigue and protect vision. Twenty adults with mild myopia (less than 700 degrees) took the drink and were tracked with questionnaires and vision tests. The goal was to see if the drink's antioxidants could help with common eye discomforts like soreness, dryness, and blurry vision.
