Summary

This small study tested a drink containing lutein, blueberry extract, and vitamins in 20 adults with mild nearsightedness (under 700 degrees). Participants took the drink and reported eye fatigue symptoms like soreness, dryness, and blurry vision. The goal was to see if the drink could ease eye strain from screen use. The study is complete, but results are not yet published.
