Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called B7-H3 CAR-T cell therapy for people whose glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) has come back. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors or help patients live longer. About 30 adults aged 18 to 75 are taking part.
