This study looked at 96 adults with nerve pain (neuropathic pain) who were treated with antiepileptic drugs. Researchers checked their vitamin B12 and folic acid levels before and after treatment to see if these medications lower those vitamins. The goal is to understand whether people on these drugs might need vitamin supplements.
