Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AZD9793 in people with advanced solid tumors, especially liver cancer, that have a specific marker called GPC3. The drug is designed to help the body's immune T cells find and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 304 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
