Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AZD8359 for men with metastatic prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard treatments. The drug is an antibody designed to guide the body's immune cells to attack cancer cells. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest dose, then testing that dose in more participants to see if it shrinks tumors or lowers PSA levels.
