Summary
This study tested a new drug called AZD7789 in 45 people with classical Hodgkin lymphoma that had returned or stopped responding to at least two prior treatments. The main goals were to check the drug's safety and find the right dose, while also looking for early signs that it might shrink tumors. The drug works by helping the immune system attack cancer cells more effectively.
