Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AZD6738 in adults with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) whose disease got worse after standard therapy. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 52 participants will take the drug by mouth, and researchers will monitor side effects and whether the cancer responds.
